OUR RETURN POLICY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, you have 30 days from the purchase date, to return the merchandise. The merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition, NEW/UNUSED/UNWORN/UNWASHED.
Simply send us an email to receive authorization. Once you get the information, send the item(s) you don't want, back to us and we'll issue you a refund. It's that easy!
Upon receipt of your order, carefully inspect the contents of your order for any physical defect(s) or shipping damage(s) or errors. If you believe you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email at email@example.com.
Please write your Order# in the Subject
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.
There is a $10.00 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is lower, to cover the cost of the original shipping to you.
All returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure to buy shipping with a tracking number so we can be sure when the package gets delivered back to us.
